It was previously known as the Castle Beach Hotel, a collection of 65 best condominium with modern designs.

Whether you’re admiring the views or simply enjoying the elegance of the space, SeaStays apartment provide a peaceful haven for your stay. All units have direct access to the beach.
We offer a wide range of room types, from balcony studios directly overlooking the ocean to 2-story lofts with 3 bedrooms and a balcony with an ocean view. We also have small to medium 2-story lofts with and without balconies, as well as standard bay or ocean view studios. These studios come with either 2 queen beds or a king bed, and some rooms include 1 king bed and a sofa bed.

If you plan to arrive by car, you'll appreciate the resort's free parking, valid for one car throughout your entire stay with in/out privileges. Additional parking will incur a charge. We also offer complimentary gym access, located on the 3rd floor. In the lower lobby of the building, you will find a supermarket, vending machines, famous Russian & Turkish baths, and a bike rental shop. There is also a large public grocery store just about 10 blocks away, accessible via the free Miami Beach trolley system which picks up right in front of the building. Exploring Miami Beach (FL) is made even more convenient with the car hire services available at the resort.
