Our Story
SeaStays is a great choice for travelers, whether you are traveling for business or for fun, get the most out of your trip with a stay to our apartments.
It is located inside the Historic Castle-Beach Club Condominium at 5445 Collins Ave, conveniently situated in the Mid Beach part of Miami Beach (FL).
It was previously known as the Castle Beach Hotel, a collection of 65 best condominiums with modern designs. South Beach is about 15 minutes from Castle Beach by car or by the free Trolley, 28 minutes from Miami international Airport (MIA airport), and 35 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport (FLA airport).
You’ll have your unique, beautifully decorated apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. We offer a wide range of room types, from
balcony studios directly overlooking the ocean to
2-story lofts with 3 bedrooms and a balcony with an ocean view. We also have small to medium 2-story lofts with and without balconies, as well as standard bay or ocean view studios. These studios come with either 2 queen beds or a king bed, and some rooms include 1 king bed and a sofa bed.
If you plan to arrive by car, you'll appreciate the resort's free parking, valid for one car throughout your entire stay with in/out privileges. Additional parking will incur a charge. In the lower lobby of the building, you will find a supermarket, vending machines, famous Russian & Turkish baths, and a bike rental shop. There is also a large publix grocery store just about 10 blocks away. You can also unwind with a drink at our poolside tiki bar, play tennis on the property, or simply enjoy direct access to the beach without any streets to cross or ways to get lost, making it very safe for children.
SeaStays is close to various Miami attractions and interesting dining options. Lincoln Road is 5 km from Apartments, while Art Deco Historic District is 6 km away. Exploring various Miami attractions made easy via the free Miami Beach Trolley which picks up right in front of the building. The nearest airport is Miami International Airport, 16 km from the hotel.
